What happens next
Every enquiry follows the same four steps — no sales pressure and no open-ended day rates.
- We read your enquiry. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm) by email or phone. If you have sent plans, photographs or a fire strategy, they go straight to the person who will survey the job.
- A short call. Ten to fifteen minutes to understand the property, the scope and who else is involved — architect, principal designer, managing agent or building control. We tell you early if your job is not something we can deliver honestly.
- Survey or site visit. We book a free initial survey. For fire work we record the cold-water flow and pressure, the electrical supply route and the access; for other trades we record the existing systems and constraints. You get the findings before any commitment.
- Written fixed quotation. You receive a fixed price for a defined scope with the design basis, the programme and the 10/60/30 payment stages (10% design, 60% before materials, 30% on completion — no JCT, no retention). For fire work the quotation states our current certification position in writing.
Urgent problem? Call Request a callback for the 24/7 emergency line — for gas escapes call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first.
