Reviews and client feedback

Our review policy

M&E Solutions is a new business. We do not publish fabricated testimonials, invented star ratings, placeholder review IDs, or claims that a review profile is live before it exists.

When we have completed projects and the client has agreed to be quoted, feedback will be published here with the project type and the client’s permission. Where Google, Trustpilot or Checkatrade profiles become active, we will link directly to those profiles so the source can be checked.

How we collect feedback

1. We ask at completion, not before the work is finished.
2. We ask permission before publishing a name, project type or quotation.
3. We do not edit the meaning of a review; we may shorten it for length with the reviewer’s agreement.
4. Negative feedback is recorded and answered through our complaints process rather than deleted.

Verify us independently

The claims we can substantiate are in the certification register, including the exact status of registrations that are held, in progress, planned or not held. If a credential is not listed as held there, please do not assume it is.
