What we hold, what is in progress — and how to verify each one
We don't ask you to take our word for it. Below is every scheme, registration and insurance that covers our work, with the public register where you can verify each one in seconds. Where a registration is in progress we say so, and we do not display a scheme we do not hold. Statutory gas and electrical work is carried out and certified by appropriately registered engineers.
Statutory & Scheme Registrations
The registrations that legally cover each type of work we deliver.
Gas Safe Register
All gas work is carried out and certified by Gas Safe registered engineers. Gas work by an unregistered person is a criminal offence — we never do it.

NICEIC / NAPIT
All notifiable electrical work is carried out and self-certified by NICEIC-approved electricians under the Building Regulations competent-person scheme.

F-Gas / REFCOM
Refrigerant handling for air conditioning and heat pumps is performed by F-Gas certified engineers under a REFCOM-registered company, as required by law.

MCS (Heat Pumps & Solar)
MCS certification is required for Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant-funded heat-pump installations. Our MCS registration pathway is in progress; grant-funded work is delivered with MCS-certified partners until granted.

WaterSafe / WIAPS
Plumbing work is carried out to the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations by WaterSafe-registered professionals.

SSIP / H&S Pre-qualification
Health & safety pre-qualification (CHAS / SafeContractor / Constructionline) for commercial and architect-led work — applications in progress.
SSIP membership is in progress; the membership number will be published when issued.
Fire Suppression Credentials
Sprinkler, water mist and fire curtain capability — with the status of each credential stated plainly.
CPVC Fire Sprinkler Installer
Held: CPVC fire sprinkler pipe installation training (BlazeMaster) completed 2016. Status: re-certification through the manufacturer's current training programme is in progress — we will publish the current card when issued.
Water Mist — Installer Authorisation
In progress: authorised-installer application with a UK water mist manufacturer is being completed (insurance and training prerequisites) — this is a manufacturer authorisation, not an IFC certificate. Until authorisation is granted, water mist work is specified with — and installed under — the manufacturer's certified system and installer network.
Fire & Smoke Curtains
In progress: approved-installer applications with BS 8524-certified curtain manufacturers. The manufacturer's third-party product certification covers the system; our installer approval is pending and will be listed when granted.
Third-Party Sprinkler Certification
Planned — not yet applied: independent third-party installer certification (IFC SDI-22 residential sprinklers and SDI-25 water mist; SDI-05 curtains as a later scope extension). Target 2027, after manufacturer installer authorisation. Not granted; no BAFE, FIRAS or LPCB accreditation is claimed.

Insurance & Company Details
Company Status
Incorporation in progress. The company number and registered office will be published when issued. We do not describe the business as incorporated before that happens.

Insurance Position
Not yet bound. We do not claim public liability, employer's liability or professional indemnity cover until the policies are in force. The current position will be provided in writing before any appointment or site visit.
Certificates will be published here only when cover is actually held.
