Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 28 October 2026
M&E Solutions wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is a self-assessment, not a claim of third-party certification.
What we have implemented
- Semantic page structure with one main heading and landmark regions.
- A visible “skip to main content” link on every page.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms and disclosure sections.
- Labels for form fields and status messages for submission errors.
- Responsive layouts that work at narrow mobile widths without horizontal scrolling.
- Reduced-motion support and focus-visible styles.
- Colour choices reviewed for readable contrast.
Known limitations
Some content is loaded from third parties, including Google Fonts. If a third-party service is unavailable, text remains readable using system fonts. Interactive calculators and forms depend on JavaScript; the telephone/contact route remains available if a script fails.
We do not claim that every page has been tested with every assistive technology. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can fix it.
Feedback
If you need information in another format, or you find a page that is difficult to use, contact us through the contact form. Please include the page address and the problem you encountered. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) in the UK. This statement will be reviewed at least every six months.
