Alarm Monitoring
All system types can be monitored by our central monitoring station (ARC), upon receipt of an alarm signal from the system the central monitoring station to contact the relevant key holder and if a confirmed signal is received the relevant emergency service will be contacted i.e. Police, Fire Brigade etc . We offer a number of options for alarm signaling as follows: Digital Communicator, Redcare, Redcare GSM, Dualcom Freecom and IP CCTV remote Monitoring.
Telephone Speech and Text Units
Alarm Signalling can also be made without the use of a Central Station via a direct unit that is connected to your telephone line, this will call preset telephone numbers to alert you that your alarm has activated. Some models can include TEXT messaging and GSM access where no landline is available.
Keyholding
Keyholding can be arranged by request and form part of a complete solution package if required

Takeover of Existing Systems
We can also monitor and maintain existing intruder alarm systems. We would like to feel we could offer a more comprehensive and human service than the competition in this world of department/call centre madness! We carry all relevant insurance approvals for our types of installation
On takeover one of our experienced surveyors will visit your premises to review your existing security system and ensure it complies with the necessary standard/s or provide a report on any recommendations to provide a more secure or easy to use system.
